Pre-Galvanized Steel
- Pre-galvanized steel parts are stamped from a sheet of steel after it has already been galvanized. The galvanized coating is very thin (0.45 oz. on each side).

2/20/2018 – My trailer has a 1.5” x 3” box frame. Mounting to the side of the trailer frame seems like there is very little contact . . .

That is a good question.
The brackets may need to be installed below the frame with the u bolts criss crossing the top of the frame. (for smaller frames)
Yes, you can attach the guide ons to the cross beams but since it is 1/2" lower you may want to add a block of wood, metal or plastic in between the tube and member for more stability.
