Strong 7/16" rod construction fits on frame, tongue, or rails up to 3" wide. The 3" of threads fit a wide variety of frame thicknesses and wheel sizes. Holds 4 or 5 lug wheels and fits 8" throught 14" wheels and most 15" wheels. Zinc plated.

This product works as designed. While a bit tedious in its installation, it does its job well. Being able to attach a separate lock is helpful. For the hopefully infrequent times the spare tire will have to be removed, the tedious issue mentioned above is a nit picky item.
